Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order on Agahmi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy in its entirety. Placing an order constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Policy.

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests can be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Only size exchanges are permitted. We do not offer exchanges for a different product, design, or style.
• A size exchange fee of ₹200 applies. Payment details will be shared once an exchange request is raised.
• If the requested size is in stock, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• If the requested size is not currently in stock, we'll process the exchange as soon as it becomes available, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Return requests can be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Customers may choose between:
  • Store Credit: Full order value issued as store credit, valid for 60 days. Store credit cannot be converted to a cash refund once issued.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: A deduction of ₹150 applies, and the product must be sent back to the address in Section 5.

3. General Conditions

• A product can only be replaced ONCE. No further return, exchange, or refund applies to a replacement product.
• Refunds (where applicable) are credited to the original payment source within 10–15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• A return will be accepted only if the product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags intact, no signs of damage or stains, in original packaging where feasible, and matches exactly the item dispatched.
• Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability at your pin code. Pickup will be attempted a maximum of TWICE — if unsuccessful, or if pickup isn't serviceable at your pin code, you'll need to self-ship the product to our return address at your own expense.
• The pickup window is valid for 7 days from return approval. If not completed within this window, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Received

• Report any such issue within 24–48 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof via email or WhatsApp.
• Once verified, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
